All products in this webshop are digital knitting patterns delivered electronically.

As these are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase, returns and refunds are not offered once the purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery of the digital product begins immediately, and you therefore waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer regulations regarding digital content.

Technical Issues

If you experience any problems downloading your pattern, do not receive your file, or discover an error in the material, you are very welcome to contact me. I will of course help ensure that you receive the product you have purchased.
